I have the Tech21 VTBass and Blonde pedals that I use with my basses and I wanted to try some different amp models. The VTBass emulates Ampeg amps and the Blonde emulates Fender amps while the Behringer emulates Fender, Marshal, and Mesa Boogie amps. I also have a Boss Fender Bassman pedal so I can say that the Fender tweed amp emulation on the Behringer is really good for a Bassman sound. This box is very versatile and every setting makes an audible difference. The CLEAN mod really only gives a clean sound with the Fender tweed emulation - everything else is overdriven to one degree or another. I think the Behringer lacked low bass so it didn't sound right for my basses; but, I plugged in my guitar and was very pleased. The TM300 sounds really nice, is versatile, and compact. It may not be as nice as some of the other pedals, but at one fifth the price - you can't go wrong.

I've been playing guitar for 50+ years. The TM300 is the most versatile and best sounding pedal I have used. I plug it directly into the board when recording, and it sounds great. I can reproduce any amp sound I need and the TM300 is extremely quiet. You can't go wrong for the money, I prefer the TM300 over the pricey amp modeling pedals I own (the others are now collecting dust). The plastic case would seem to be a drawback, but for the price I'm not complaining. I have owned the TM300 for several months and it has functioned flawlessly, plastic case and all.

I paid only $29 and it is small and convenient. I was impressed with the sound.
At first I played it with my Line 6 15 watt amp. I didn't like it cause of the squealing. But then I read how you use it and all that. Boy! It worked great.

I use it with a Tascam US 100 USB plugin to my computer and I get a good sound for practice.

I still like my Line 6 amp though for more sounds and sustain. But this is a bargain and small.

You can use this with any USB audio interface.

If you like AC/DC you would like this. There are different amp sounds you can get.

Cheap and convenient I'am not disappointed.

My opinion is that it sounds best with a USB guitar audio device such as Tascams US 100.
